CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY - HICORD


By opting for the services of HICORD, you agree and accept to our relevant cancellation and refund policy, as well as to the terms and conditions that may apply to our services. Kindly note, that certain offers and rates provided by HICORD are not eligible for cancellations and refunds. Ensure that you check all the conference bookings and services thoroughly before opting for them. Refer to the cancellation and refund terms herein:

  • Wrong bank account and card details, invalid cards, insufficient funds, and late payment are at your own risk. You will not be subject to refund on prepaid non-refundable deposits such as accommodation charges, unless the accommodation allows it.
  • In the case that a natural disaster or war should occur in India and/or in its surrounding regions, HICORD will refund all payments made by the client. This, however, will not include any transportation tickets and non-refundable accommodation previously purchased and booked for the client.
  • In case of a group booking, should all clients except for one or two cancel their bookings, the remaining clients will be given a refund. As mentioned, the refundable amount will exclude transportation tickets and non-refundable accommodation costs.
  • If a booking is cancelled by the client for any reason after depositing any/or all payments, the client will sustain cancellation charges.
  • arring the circumstances as mentioned herein, in case HICORD cancels a booking, the client will be provided with a full refund of all payments and deposits made.
